Carolina Forest is a 25 square mile master planned community in the unincorporated part of Horry County. Located north of 501 and east of the Intracoastal Waterway, it is home to more than 35,000 residents.

Carolina Forest’s history also dates back to being a part of the Conway Bombing and Gunnery Range that was used during World War II. While the Carolina Forest area is forever popular many large neighborhoods such as Berkshire Forest, Waterway Palms Plantation and The Farm are popular among many.
